Featuring one continuous hop-on, hop-off Festival Bus Loop, that allows ‘roamers’ to taste the region in their own time - to slow down, discover and ‘revel’ in Rutherglen’s hidden gems.

FESTIVAL SHUTTLE BUS + REGIONAL BUS DAY PASS $55 PER DAY

For those travelling from elsewhere in the region, Regional Bus Shuttles will run from Corowa, Howlong, Yarrawonga, Wangaratta, Chiltern, Beechworth, Albury and Wodonga. All regional bus tickets are inclusive of the Festival Shuttle Bus Service.

SHUTTLE BUSES

This year shuttle buses are on one continuous loop. With over 40 buses running there's no need to change routes in getting around to more of your favourite wineries.

Regional Shuttle Buses This year our Regional Bus Service will drop you directly to a winery. From there you can join the hop on, hop off service any old direction you like.

Bubbles & Breakfast

Start your long weekend with a gourmet three course breakfast in the Cofield Wines barrel room. Breakfast will be lovingly prepared by Quartz Cuisine and matched perfectly with complimenting Cofield wines. Hosted by Damien and Melanie Cofield, it is the perfect start to Roam Rutherglen.

King's High Tea

Join us for a Royal Tea Party as we celebrate our Monarch's Birthday in true English fashion Indulge in some delightful light bites fit for a King or Queen and enjoy a glass of wine (or two!) with us. Frock up in your most royal attire - you might even pick up a prize for your creative costumes.

2024 Vintage Tasting & Tour

Get up close to the 2024 wines with the winemaker. Taste the wines directly from barrel and learn about their journey so far and where to from here. If you are a wine club member, please book directly with the winery, for free admission.

Durif Redesigned

Join one of Rutherglen's most contemporary winemakers for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tasting as you explore the region's flagship red variety. Hosted in Scion's barrel room, this curated wine journey will feature elegant Durifs, experimental reds, Scion’s signature fortified and a few surprises.

Hidden Winery Tour

Discover the secrets of our 150-year-old winery with special vintages selected from our museum wines. Bookings are essential for this unforgettable experience, located in a hidden part of our winery surrounded by century-old barrels.

JOHN GEHRIG WINES

Join the Gehrig family in their historic old winery building and see what Ross has been up to in the winery this past year- you may find a new favourite. We have plenty of lawn for the juniors with lawn games and table tennis - don’t forget the kids hut too. Come try our range of family favourites from whites, red and fortified wine. The loved Moscato Pop Bar will be open and you can enjoy egg and bacon rolls, hash browns, fries, cheese platters, coffee and more.

OLIVE HILLS ESTATE

The Perry family invite you to visit their beautiful heritage listed cellar door and grounds and sample estate grown and produced big bold reds and elegant rosé, whites and sparkling wines. Relax under the century old gums listening to the tunes and be tempted to indulge with a locally handmade gourmet pie or produce platter.

MORRIS WINES

Over 160 years, the Morris family has a earned an esteemed reputation as one of the most prominent wine-making families in Australia. Today, David Morris settles into his retirement as his son Madden, continues this winemaking history, combing tradition with contemporary techniques, ensuring that the Morris name remains one of Australia’s most iconic and respected wine family dynasties. Known for their fortified wines across the globe a tasting of the Morris Muscat of Rutherglen and Topaque is a must. With a newly renovated Cellar Door, this is a must visit for a little look into the history of Rutherglen and the world-renowned Muscat.

PFEIFFER WINES

We have something for everyone this weekend, from seated wine tastings to our much-loved Prosecco Bar, dancing to your favourite song on the jukebox and epic photo opportunities on our Sunday Creek Bridge or on our famous photo bottles. Whatever your flavour; easy going or serious, fresh and fruity, rich and red, or even frozen and served as a Seriously Pink slushy, we have a wine for everyone. Egg and Bacon Rolls, Kransky’s, Beef and Gravy Rolls, Chips, Dim Sims and Vegetable Burgers, all provided by the band of volunteers from the Rutherglen Cricket Club.

For many years Cofield Wines has been the place to be over the festival weekend. Whether it’s partying to live music from SMAC with a famous Sweet Ava Slushie in hand, or sipping your way through the wine tastings in cellar door. You can now also enjoy our new VIP area on the lawn. Enjoy our range of premium wines guided by Winemaker Damien Cofield, while seated around the firepits and watch the festivities from your own space. Lots of yummy food options available from Quartz Cuisine and local vendors.

If you love full bodied reds or premium sparkling wines, Anderson is a must visit. Our grapes are all grown in our onsite vineyard, and our wines are made in our winery by father and daughter winemakers Howard and Christobelle. Reserve wines on tasting for VIP Wine Lovers.

SCION

Scion is a progressive Rutherglen winery. We offer a modern spin on the region's traditional varietals. Expect Durif redesigned and Muscat reimagined. We hand make aromatic whites, dry rosé, elegant reds and delicate dessert wines. Visit for a personalised tasting experience and meet Winemaker Rowly Milhinch. **Bookings recommended for tastings, though walk-ins are welcome.

JONES WINERY & VINEYARD

Meet the modernist makers of distinctive handcrafted wines from our own patch of Rutherglen vines. We have aromatic whites, complex, elegant reds, and great dessert wines. Our restaurant is open for à la carte lunches all weekend. For a faster food option enjoy a special and creative "fast French food" menu created by chef Briony Bradford. There will be some sweet treats and great coffee as well.

LAKE MOODEMERE ESTATE

Discover the waterfront oasis overlooking Lake Moodemere and settle in for good vibes and Moodemere magic. Established in 1858 this lovely old winery will welcome you under the historic veranda and gardens overlooking the farm. Live music, a wine in hand that's produced, grown and made on site with a side of country hospitality. Feast on egg and bacon rolls, roast beef and gravy rolls, hamburgers and South Melbourne dim sims by The Cake Cottage. Extra sweet treats and coffee van. Offering of sweet, dry or fortified wines.
