In 2008, began creating a few event materials. In 2009 and 2010, I worked to make events more elegant. I refined this idea with the auction program, while also making a festive appreciate event design.
In 2011, I worked on the auction design from initial concept to final print. I began with an Old Hollywood theme. Once SGSMC choose an art deco style, I created and printed everything: envelopes, cards, and auction program. In conjunction with this project, I worked on the Penny Drive featured in my SGSMC Marketing project. Also in 2011, I created a groovy appreciation event theme.
In 2012, I helped SGSMC to refine the elegant style. Another designer created the cover, and I followed this theme throughout the program. I kept the appreciation event design simple, and finished 2012 with a splash of color for the benefit breakfast. In 2013, declined to design for SGSMC because I was moving to Western Washington. However, I appreciate the chance to collaborate and promote SGSMC’s mission.
