Donate Your Bike If you have a bicycle that you are no longer riding, consider donating it to us. Please call or visit our website and read our Bike Donation FAQ before you bring a bike to us. We wish that we could take every bike that comes our way, but we have very limited space and we have to be selective.

What kind of bikes does P2P accept for donation? Generally speaking, we are looking for durable, relatively lightweight, quality bikes that can be set up for commuters. If you bought your bike at a local bike shop, then we’ll probably take it.

What kinds of bikes are not accepted for donation? Right now, we cannot take bikes that were purchased at Walmart, Shopko, Costco, Target, Fred Meyers, Toys R Us, and any other discount/ department store. Some of these brands include: Pacific, Magna, Next, Vertical, Mongoose, Huffy, Ro a d m a s t e r, Murry, Free Spirit, and many others.

I’ve got parts. Will you take them? If they are decent quality, serviceable, and have useful life in them, we’ll probably take them. Bring them by and we’ll check them out and take what we want. Please don’t be upset if we don’t take it all.

Donate Your Time Are you are interested in working with P2P to help spread the word and fun about bikes? Opportunity awaits, and you don’t have to be a bike mechanic to help! Here’s a list: • Pumper, bike cleaner, artist, hauler, greeter. • Accountant, web designer, grantwriter, data entry, filer. • Wrencher, woodworker, welder. If you have skills you think we need, let us know.
