Cooking One-on-One Nutritional Instruction Local food educator and integrative nutrition health coach, Sapna Von Reich, is offering private one-on-one consultations and cooking classes to individuals and small groups who are interested in improving their health. Sapna has taught hundreds of classes in Northern Colorado over the last 15 years and specializes in creating plant-based menus to promote overall wellness. Customized instruction may include budget-friendly, healthy meal plans, as well as tips for efficient food preparation and productive grocery shopping.
