To ensure we create a welcoming environment, we established the Windsor Front Entrance Guide to set the tone for a positive first impression from the moment someone steps onto the property.

Welcome Board Floor Sign at Leasing Center entrance since wall space is limited.
Welcome Board Plaque at entrance. Concierge - Sign in Lobby RE tours/QR codes. Include community name at entrance/door in urban locations.
At you front entrance, place a Windsor branded mat to give that Windsor Welcome upon entry for all guests.

This new sign is to be placed at the main entrance to the Leasing Center, not outside your front door.
Residents can scan the custom QR code to book an appointment with the team directly, and at their convenience.
Prospects can scan the custom QR code and schedule their Self-Guided Tour via Tour24, so they can tour on their terms. Friendly message that let's our residents and prospects know "we're here for you".
Q: Are we no longer including Office Hours at our front entrance?
A: Correct, we are no longer including office hours due to the change in clusters and regionalization.
Q: When does this go into effect?
A: Today you can remove the unnecessary signs and focus on the required items.
Q: How do I order a Welcome Board?
A: This is included in your 2025 budget.
Q: What's the difference between the New RSM Stanchion Sign VS. The Welcome Board?
A: The RSM Stanchion is to be placed in your lobby, or area right outside your leasing office entrance, while the Welcome Board is to be placed outside the main entrance to your community providing more property specific information offering a warm welcome!
