The front door is the first impression prospects have of your community and the Windsor brand. Our goal is to create a space that feels clean, inviting, and consistently aligned with the overall values of the Windsor experience.

To ensure we create a welcoming environment, we established the Windsor Front Entrance Guide to set the tone for a positive first impression from the moment someone steps onto the property.

With the goal to consolidate all the required signage and ensure the design aligns with the new Windsor branding, we created the Welcome Board to provide a clear, concise message to residents and prospects upon entering your leasing center.

RSM Booking/Tour 24 Stanchion Sign

This new sign is to be placed at the main entrance to the Leasing Center, not outside your front door.

Residents can scan the custom QR code to book an appointment with the team directly, and at their convenience.

Prospects can scan the custom QR code and schedule their Self-Guided Tour via Tour24, so they can tour on their terms. Friendly message that let's our residents and prospects know "we're here for you".

A: The RSM Stanchion is to be placed in your lobby, or area right outside your leasing office entrance, while the Welcome Board is to be placed outside the main entrance to your community providing more property specific information offering a warm welcome!
