How To Fix This App Can’t Open Error In Windows 10 

Step 1. First, you open Local Security Policy by pressing Windows Key + R then type secpol.msc and click OK.



Step 2. When Local Security Policy appears, you go to the following directory:

Local Policies > Security Options Then, you find the following Policy “User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account“. Then you right-click on this policy and click Properties.



Step 3. Now you select Enabled and click OK to save changes.



Step 4. Next, you will change User Account Control Settings in Control Panel.

To do that, open the Control Panel (icons view), and click on the User Accounts icon.



Step 5. Click on the Change User Account Control settings link.

This will open the C:\Windows\System32\UserAccountControlSettings.exe file.

Note: If prompted by UAC, click Yes. 

Step 6. Move the slider down to the very bottom option of Never Notify, and click OK and restart your system.
