WINCHESTER COUNTRY CLUB Rules and Regulations For the benefit of all Members and guests, the following rules and regulations govern the use of the facilities of Winchester Country Club (the “Club”). These rules are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. GENERAL •

The hours of operation at the Club will be established considering the season of year and other circumstances. The hours of operation will be posted at the clubhouse in both the Men’s and Ladies locker room and on the Club’s website. All state and local laws concerning the sale of alcoholic beverages will be strictly enforced. No alcohol may be brought onto Club premises, including the golf course. Uncorked wine may be brought to the club for consumption in the dining rooms subject to applicable corkage fees. The clubhouse at the Club is a smoke-free environment, including outside areas where smoke can enter doors, windows or food service environments. Designated smoking areas around the Club will be identified. Members and guests are not permitted in the kitchen, store room, back bars, delivery receiving areas, back counter of the golf shop, maintenance facility or cart and bag storage areas unless accompanied by a member of the Management staff. Vehicles must be parked properly in the designated areas in the parking areas of the Club only. Unloading zones, no-parking areas and the entrances to the Club and the clubhouse may not be used for parking at any time. Overnight parking is not permitted without permission of the Management staff. Parking of vehicles is at the sole risk of Members and their guests. The Club shall not be responsible for damage caused by or to Member’s or their guest’s vehicles or for lost or stolen items. The Club facilities may only be used for their designated purposes. Activities such as bicycling, skateboarding and rollerblading are not permitted. No person shall be permitted to enter any of the water features within the golf course or elsewhere on the Club facilities unless otherwise approved by the Management staff. Walking or jogging may be permitted on the golf paths when the golf course is closed for business. Cell phones are permitted on the Club property. Please silence all portable devices when in the clubhouse or on the golf course limiting use as to not interfere with other members. Cell phone conversations are not permitted in the main dining room. Club events that must limit reservations or require a certain attendance may impose a cancellation fee on no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice.
