The New SGA Training Center will be purposely fitted out to Enhance gymnastics abilities, skills and development. Gymnasts, young and old, will benefit from the use of: Bar Training area, With free standing Bars, A Frame, Floor Bars Beam training area, With 3 Levels of Beam apparatus A 14 Meter Vaulting and Trampet area Ceiling Mounted Rings Pommel Training Apparatus And..... Our very own 8 meter x 7 meter ARTISTIC SPRUNG FLOOR Plus many more Gymnastics Training Aids. The SGA Training Center is so versatile that we will also have a Large and Small Dance/Fitness Studio, where external profession will deliver alternative fitness training opportunities for Children and Adults, including, Martial Arts, Fitness, Yoga and much more....
New Classes! The SGA Training Center will be open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. From July we have More Preschool Classes, More Recreational Hours and More Elite Training times. New to the SGA training Center Adult Gymnastics (from 16 years) and The SGA Dance/Fitness Studio 1 x Large Studio / 1 x Small Studio (available for hire) External fitness and training opportunities for Children and Adults, including, Boxercise, Dance, Martial Arts, Fitness, Yoga and much more.... SGA GymCamp (Holiday Club) For children aged 5 - 15 years Monday 29 July - Friday 23 August 9am-3pm (limited spaces)
