Wiltshire County Football Association County FA Governance Manager Salary: £25,000 + Pension This is a new full-time post (35 hours) position directly to the Chief Executive and will lead the Operational and Governance workforce as well as coordinating the County Cup competition and County Representative matches. The role encompasses the following areas:Office Operations Managing and leading the Operations Team to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently and to a high quality and within prescribed standards including membership, representative football, discipline and county cup competitions. Committee meetings to facilitate the work of the Council. Responsibility for the Health and Safety of whole site, working with Association’s partner County Cups and County Matches Manage and Administer County Matches and all County Cup competitions including the planning of the County Cup Finals in conjunction with the CEO/Board". Making the draws for County Cup Competitions utilising Full-Time or any other relevant FA system. Sanctions Lead and manage the renewal process for the sanction, Leagues/Competitions/Associations, Clubs and Referees. Liaise with County Welfare Officer regarding Club Welfare Officer queries Support Leagues and Clubs with affiliation and sanction processes and monitor

Discipline Manage the complete Disciplinary process to ensure FA memorandum of procedures and regulations are complied with. Liaise with Disciplinary Officer and Divisional members to arrange the process for plea applications. Liaise with The FA on all Discrimination matters in line with The FA I&AD Strategy Applicants must have a passion for grassroots football and an understanding of the operational workings of a County Football Association and be committed to the “Customer Excellence” ethos. In addition they must be able to manage multiple priorities, be a good communicator, strong team worker, who can also lead and develop members of the Governance and Operational Team.
