Product Overview
With five generations of expertise, William Scully Ltd. crafts collar, shoulder and cuff rank badges for the Canadian Armed Forces to full government specifications.

Materials and Finish

Design and Colour Accuracy
Our die-stamped badges use hard vitreous enamel for lasting brightness. We follow official colour charts and pattern guides so every pip, crown and chevron matches the exact hue and shape required.
Metal base alloy selected for strength and light weight
Hard enamel finish for scratch resistance and sheen retention & polished edges free of burrs. Optional coating resists corrosion in harsh conditions.

Forms and Placement
Rank insignia are supplied in three standard shapes chevrons, pips and crowns and sized for collar points, shoulder straps and cuff placement. Each element is backed by soldered or pin-back fittings that ensure secure attachment without damage to uniform fabric.
Manufacturing Process
All components are union made at our 25000 sq ft factory in Montreal. From tool-and-die creation through enamel firing and final inspection, each step is closely monitored. Batch testing confirms enamel thickness, metal hardness and colour fastness before any shipment leaves the premises.
