LYMPHEDEMA
Lymphedema can occur directly after cancer treatment or years later. Warning signs of Lymphedema are: 1. Swelling in the area near the treatment site. 2. Clothing or jewelry is no long fitting well that is not due to all over weight gain. 3. The area feels heavy, stiff or firmer. 4. The skin feels tight or stretched and may become shiny. 5. Pain, pins and needles or aches in the swollen area.
