As an oil and gas contractor, Willow Creek’s unique position of female ownership and decades of leadership experience in the construction and utility business gives us an advantage over our competition. Willow Creek Companies, LLC., was founded to provide efficient and quality services for customers in the Oil and Gas Industry. Established in 2005 in the heart of Colorado’s Western Slope, Willow Creek’s attention to detail and ability to tackle projects of all scopes and sizes created opportunities for multi-state growth and expansion of services.

Operator Qualifications
Employees and operators are the first lines of defense against accidents in the oil and gas industry, requiring high-quality training to successfully complete their jobs and protect themselves, their co-workers, and their local communities.
Willow Creek utilizes multiple Operator Qualification services, including Energy Worldnet, ITS-Training, and Veriforce. Each platform ensures that proper training is complete, client expectations are met, and DOT requirements are upheld and provides comprehensive task lists for position and job site-specific training.
After completing Master Evaluator Training, our qualified Safety Team provides training and instruction through computer-based classroom settings and field evaluation and verification.

Willow Creek’s safety culture is enforced and highlighted through our Behavior-Based Safety Program. Our employees are seeking after a safer working environment through hazard recognition that is encouraged, backed, and reinforced, by leadership. From safety training to tools and equipment, Willow Creek is vigilant about fire prevention. We educate every employee at orientation, take extra precautions with welders and hot work, and communicate and post Emergency Action Plans on every job site. Our trucks are all equipped with fire extinguishers, and we can provide water trucks and trailers wherever needed.
Willow Creek ensures that Best Management Practices (BMP) are in place before every job requiring drainage or run-off components. From urban scenarios to rural job sites, our Stormwater Management Plans consider all aspects of hydrology and erosion control.
