P.2 Old Main Founder
While Old Main Clothiers has become his main focus, Haisten has already given much of his time to Auburn University and the city itself. He serves as the vice president of the Plainsman and holds chair as a board member of the Auburn Preservation League. Haisten believes that Old Main Clothiers will be a much greater challenge in community outreach when compared to his previous work. Those who know him best belief in him and the success of the project. Bobby Dees, president of the Auburn Preservation League, has worked with Haisten over the last three years. “I can’t tell you how excited I am about Bobby’s new business,” said Dees. “He loves this town so much, and it is great to see young people like him playing such a crucial role in community development and outreach.” The success of Haisten’s latest project has yet to be seen, but those know him best believe in his efforts. Old Main Clothiers will be hosting a banquet to celebrate its first line of clothing at the Pebble Hill house in Auburn. The banquet begins at 6 p.m.
