MEET BRIAN WILLIAMS

Born and raised in Key Largo, Florida into an active family whose livelihood was anchored in a thriving real estate business, it was a natural fit when Brian Williams followed their footsteps into the industry. Brian entered the dynamic world of real estate as a licensee in 1998. Today he is a well-respected Associate Broker with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and the former Director of Sales at one of Northern Utah’s most exciting ski resort developments, Powder Mountain. Over the past 25 years, Brian has been deeply involved in numerous areas of real estate, specializing in everything from resort/vacation properties, residential developments and resales, plus commercial real estate. After years of hands-on experience, Brian knows that rather than simply buying or selling a property, his clients are looking for a way to create a tangible legacy for themselves and their families.

In 2012, Brian and his family were ready to make a life change; he sold his successful Nevada-based real estate business and began his search for a mountain town in an area rich in four-season outdoor recreation and with a great quality of life. Brian found exactly what he was looking for in the resort community of Park City, where he would soon become the Director of Sales at Powder Mountain. Early on, the development was sold by invitation only, and this unique selling style enabled Brian to travel the globe meeting potential buyers that had been referred by existing owners. In 2020, the development had gained enough traction to merit the collaboration with a global brand to market the project further. Brian chose Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, a recognized and respected leader in Utah’s luxury real estate and development services industry.

When he’s not working in real estate or helping his clients find their next slopeside ski home, Brian stays active. If he is not playing tennis or golf, he is likely traveling abroad with his family to the next surf break. He and his wife also own Promote It Utah, a full-scale promotional products and custom apparel business in Salt Lake City. They live in Park City with their two daughters, who are avid dancers that keep their parents busy and laughing. Their family enjoys traveling the world together and spending time outside exploring the beautiful state they call home.
