How to scan multipage document using the HP Envy 5540 printer
Use the HP Envy 5540 printer to scan hard copies of the documents or photos. Once you scan the documents, you can easily share it via email or use a network. Configure the printer to scan a multiple page document by using of the procedures the procedures which are listed below.
Before scanning your document or photo, you need to install the updated driver and software. Without the software and driver, you cannot scan the desired document or photo.
Check the printer compatibility and connect the HP Envy 5540 printer and computer to a Wired or Wireless network connection.
To scan a multipage document at one time, place the document in the Automatic Document Feeder.
It is advisable not to load photos in the ADF to avoid damage to the photos and the printer.
Try to scan your document from the HP Envy 5540printer. Mostly all printer models have the Scan button or a touchscreen display with the scan menu.
If instructed, you need to select your computer name and the print job. Wait until the scan process gets completed and then return to the computer.
To view the scanned document, open the folder where the scanned documents are saved.
