LOGO USAGE Our logo is the touchstone of our brand and one of our most valuable assets. We must ensure proper usage. The preferred way to use the DBPOWER logo is over a black/white background. Every attempt must be made to do this. If the logo must be placed on a dark background or color options are limited then the DBPOWER logo can be knocked out and used in one color. Please observe the clear space around the logo to maximize visual eectiveness. Nothing should intrude into this speciďŹ ed clear space.

LOGO USAGE Black logo should be used if the background is white or grey. The grey should be lighter than 40% black. White logo should be used if the background is dark or the grey is 45-100% black.

DBpower INCORRECT LOGO USAGE DB power Don’t change logo’s orientation. Don’t change the capital letters of the brand letter. Don’t split a brand letter. Don’t add extraneous effects to the logo. This includes but is not limited to: bevel and emboss, lighting effects and drop shadows or any other pictures. Don’t place the logo on busy photography. Don’t change the logo colors. Don’t attempt to recreate the logo. Don’t scale the logo disproportionately . Don’t make alterations, additions or substitutions to the words and colors contained in the logo. Don’t use the logo as a repeated pattern, ”wallpaper”, or other decorated device.

Example:

THROW DISTANCE EXPLAINED An important factor to consider is the throw distance of the projector and the size of the room it is intended to be used in versus the desired screen size. A projector’s throw distance is the distance between the projector and the image on the screen (i.e., the distance that the image is “thrown”). The further away the projector is from the screen, the larger the image will be.For example, a projector placed 17 feet away from the screen, might have a 150-inch display size. If the same projector is placed at 11.5 feet away, it would have an approximate screen size of 100 inches.
