My most memorable childhood event was when I was 15 years old. It was the Fourth of July. A big family vacation a barbeque, over night stay and out of town trip to six flags, and I had a blast the night before me, my mom, sisters and brother packed our bags to stay the night over my cousin house in Goodlettsville ,Tennessee. She had the biggest house ever I thought it was a mansion; six bedrooms two an half bath, a swimming pool, a game/movie room with a nice big kitchen. It was something that I was not use, knowing that we stayed in a three bedroom based on an income apartment on the East side of Nashville. Arriving to mycousin house i seen alot of my family members even the ones that was from out of town. We greeted eachother and...show more content... We finally came to a stop i was waken by my big brother hitting me with a water balloon. i was pissed and i rush out the car to get him back but my mom was giving us that you better act like you got some sence or we leaving look so we got under control. Once we got in the theme park the fun had begun. There were so many rides big and small. Some of them i did'nt get to ride because i was too short and they didnt believe my age. So i was mad and ready to home because i thought it was unfair. So i decide to stay by the pool with my granny and Aunt Jackie. Which was fine with me because they gave me money to play games and to get food. I remember almost collecting fifthy dollars from them and that was alot of money to me. I listen to all the grown up gossip. They were funny until they realized i was laughing with them. So they made me go play. I finally seen my brother swimming so that was my plan in revenge i jump on him while he was under water and didnt let him until i felt like he had enough. After while it turned into a game of marco polo. Then it was time to go we got together we all gathered at the concenstation stand and got food and drinks. We took a couple of pictures together and said our last goodbyes before we hopped back on the road to go home. I had so much fun at that the sometimes i wish i could go back to that age at times, but now i have my own kid to raise and have family vacation with. I just

Memorable Experience
Living on this Earth as long as you have, can you say that there have been memorable moments or people? Did it change your life or perspective? If you hadn't met that person would your life be different? The lovely part of life is that nobody has traveled the path in life that anyone has paved for themselves. Therefore, nobody has seen what another has seen and even felt the same in those moments. Like for example, one person could have witnessed child birth but the other person had a child. Same moment but different reactions and it could've been only memorable to one person. In my case though, that is one of many memorable moments I have encounterered in my seventeen years. I know what you're thinking and yes I was definitely the one that...show more content... But I then realized that would be the most stressful job ever. I never knew what anxiety felt like and it's the worst. I definitely saved alot of money for med school by experiencing this. I also used to be against abortion 100%. But I read a book on the doctors perspective and looking in both perspectives of this argument, I think it should be legal to people that need it. And when I say need I mean like something terrible occured in their life like rape and they weren't physically, mentally, and emotionally, even financially, prepared. It would be illegal to a teen pregnancy because it's completely avoidable. Did you know a baby's heart begins beating 21 days after conception? Yeah that really opened my eyes too. I just think it should be legal but to a strict extent. But whatever does happen in the future at least I can say that I did experience this. it's not everyday that someone asks you to watch. I definitely don't want anyone in the delivery room with me if I decide to have a baby. But after all the tears and sweat, my neice X'alea Shalane Amor Martin was born a healthy 9 pounds. I'm very happy for my sister. She has the most cutest family now. She has a son who's 7 already and he's going to be the

Childhood Memories Essay
When I was a young child I would love to hear my parents tell me that we were going on a trip. I would be full of excitement, because I knew that we would be going to a place that I had never seen before. My parents, my brother, and I would pack our luggage and venture out in our small gray minivan. Three of my most cherished memories in our minivan are when we went to Disney World, the beach, and the mountains.
When I heard my parents talking about going to Disney World I was so excited. It was a long trip down to Florida and I could not sit still, because I was so excited. We finally arrived that evening and decided to stay in a hotel near thetheme park. When it was time for bed I could not go to sleep for a long time, because I...show more content...
Going to the beach was nothing like going to the lake or swimming pool. The ocean had large waves that would come crashing into the beach. I was so small that the waves would just throw me around. I also got to walk down the beach and find different objects that the waves had washed up on shore. I found seashells that had brilliant colors like the rainbow. I even found a creature that looked like pink jelly. I picked the creature up with a stick and took it to show my dad. My dad told me that it was a jellyfish that could sting me, so he made me bury it in the sand. I saw another creature that was gliding in shallow water. It was dark brown with a long tail and looked like it had wings. It was a horrible looking creature that I had never seen before. My dad came down to the water to see what I was looking at. He told me that they were called skates, and they would not hurt me. That was the first time I saw something living in the ocean besides a fish. My dad then showed me that there were little creatures called, sand fiddlers, which would wash up when the waves crashed into the shore. We sat down on the sand so he could show me how to catch them. The sand fiddlers would dig down in the sand fast as lightning, so we had to dig for them fast as we could. When I caught one it felt like it was trying to dig into your hand with what seemed like a million legs. After about four hours I was exhausted and starving. I

Remembered
Narrative: A memorable event.
I woke to my body jittering with anxiety. It was 7 o'clock on a Saturday morning, and it was the day that I had been awaiting for. I was almost ready when my Dad shouted '' Ya betta get ya'self moving Kertesha, we're gonna be late!''.
I paused, and took one last look at myself in the mirror. My hair was scraped back, my polo necked fleece was suffocating and itchy, my black ribbed jodhpurs were tight around my midriff, but there was one thing missing. It was one thing which all the girls on the internet, in the movies, and in all the equestrian magazines had – A gilet. Mine was a pink Abercrombie & Fitch one, with ribbed salmon trims around the waistband and collar; it was not a real equestrian gilet,...show more content...
Although the smell of the manure was strong, over time I began to appreciate it, and so it became more of an aroma, than an odour. But this is something my Dad never seemed to get used, to let alone appreciate. The entire stable had a rather odd smell; it was a mixture of hay, cut grass, dust, manure, and oddly, a hint of leather. This was a smell which I soon became very fond of.
There were six of us in the group, we were all new to Dulwhich Riding School and filled with enthusiasm. After being handed our riding hats, we were alphabetically permitted to choose a horse, and as always, I was last in the alphabet. I was left with a choice of two, one was a blue roan filly. She was a young slate coloured horse who reminded me of Eeyore (from Winnie the Pooh), and was also a lot smaller than the other horses. Then I saw the attractive sorrel coloured gelding, he stood glaring at me with his head poking out of the barn gate. His mane was dark and silky, and he had a striking white birthmark on the bridge of his nose. I had an instant connection with him, and proclaimed his name as Cashmere.
As I lead Cashmere towards the indoor riding arena, my heart raced. The inconsistent sound hoofs trotting along the cobbled ground were intensifying. As I stroked Cashmere's muzzle and gave him a mint polo (he's favourites), I began to mentally prepared myself to mount, and ride him.

Narrative: a Memorable Event. Essay
I live in a world where I determine greatness by the number of memories that remain with me as I grow older. It's almost a sport, trying as much as possible to create all these memorable events. Everything I did, I ensured it would be something that stood out to me if I had to recall it, and eventually, I reached a point where every event in my mind was just a jumble of "stand out" moments. This, however, never stopped me from adding on to the endless list I had created. There is a fixed pattern; if you want to make something memorable, do something out of the blue. I planned out every last detail in my mind and ran through the series of events over and over till it sounded perfect to me. Executing it was the least of my worries because once you've got your mind set on something, it never fails to go the way you want it to. One of the more memorable events was the proposal to my wife. I remember it clearly in my mind, how I got down on one knee, how I waited while she took off the blindfold and the tears of joy that followed after. That moment led to a cascade of events soon after, creating a novel in my head. You see, it was not...show more content... Memories can be unforgettable, traumatic experiences that shake you to the very core of your existence. However, as I have learned to plan everything out, I have only ever experienced one negative incident. Those metal bars that were stronger than my living flesh, locked me away from the glistening sun. The death threats, the nasty looks, the unforgiving guards, all because I wanted a pair of shoes. My life saw its end then, and I just hoped for eyes to shut and never open again. I cried and raged and bruised my body while slamming into those metal rods, and my mind lost all sense of clearness. Not until three months later did I see my wife's blue eyes, holding our little baby in her arms. "I will never ever forget this," was my only thought, angry that my own game had got the better of

Often times we find ourselves thinking about the past only to try to force the memories away and return to our current delusion. We can never erase the past, but if the past is who we are, then should we just welcome pain back into our lives? Embarrassment, guilt, and pride betray us as we choose to bury our darkest memories in our head and look to a positive future without ever having to readdress them and acknowledge that they had ever happened in the first place. Thinking back now my weakest moment caught me by complete surprise. "Buhahaha" which is exactly how my friend Andrew sounds whenever you can honestly make him laugh. I was just smiling at him and coming up with crazy metaphors, "coke is a roller coaster it has its highs and...show more content...
I need you home now." This was my wakeup call and I knew that I had to hurry home. "I'm coming home now mom. I'll be there in a bit. Everything is going to be alright." Keeping my composure I went to the NHS president and told her that I had a family emergency and that I had to go. For some reason she was giving me a hard time about it but after seeing my eyes she asked if everything was alright. I just said I had to go and she finally let me go without asking anything further of me. I darted out of the cafeteria doors taking a right on the first floor hall way on the east side of the building and then a left I went through one of the schools entrances on 59th court. I live on the same street as the school just three miles away. At that moment I felt stranded. I did not have my "proper gear" to run it as fast as I could and at the time for some reason I did not bring my car to school. However, I knew I had to get home fast so I took off. As the cars passed me I lost myself in my head. I was not crying or even sad. I was unsure of how I should react. Then the thoughts of what if I never get to talk to him again ran through my head. That is when the tears started to pour down my cheeks as I continued to pant. I was maybe six or seven blocks away from my house when I was starting to have a break down mentally and physically. The lactic acid in my legs was making it hard for me to raise them as I continued to move my legs. Then I started to complain in my

Remembered Event Narrative Essay
Throughout life I have had many memorable events. The memorable times in my life vary from being the worst times in my life and some being the best, either way they have become milestones that will be remembered forever. The best day of my life was definitely the day that I received my drivers' license. This day is one of the most memorable because of the feelings I had when I received it, the opportunities that were opened up for me and the long lasting benefits that I received from it that still exist today. Getting my drivers' license was an intensefeeling that I will never forget. Just knowing that I had a drivers' license made me feel so free, as free as a bird flying in the open sky with no real place to go, just a desire to be...show more content...
Driving fast in a car may be unsafe but the thrill and excitement of high rates of speed gave me a rush I had never felt before. Seeing, feeling and hearing everything go by faster made the whole driving experience so much better. My mouth watered with envy as I approached the drivers' seat every time I went out for a drive. The automobile, as a whole, became a high interest of mine; the styling, the sound and the speed of it. I loved driving and I loved cars and all of this new found love was from the birth of my drivers' license. Such a simple piece of paper opened up such a broad area of learning for me; it was of much amazement to me. Receiving my drivers' license was the best day of my life. It will be remembered forever because of the feelings, experience and new beginnings that it gave me. Today, I still hold my interest in the automobile but the thrill of driving has dulled significantly since I receive many traffic tickets and went through a period of license suspension. But, still, that day remains the best day of my life. The day I received my drivers' license will never be forgotten for as long as I
