The Gathering Gazette
Welcome to the test issue of The Gathering Gazette While not going in depth on what would be in this newsletter it should give you an overall idea of what it would have each month
Clan updates will be the overall clan things that a leader would put in a gathering announcement Food, herb, and other resource shortages calls for aid, etc
Community updates would be things like applications opening up, volunteer step downs and promotions, etc
Gameplay updates would be a page for any of that month’s patch notes to go for people who may have missed them
Character spotlight will be a new character each month and will be drawn via a raffle 2 weeks prior Someone from the news team will interview that individual in character for the spotlight as well as some overall information about that character
Character obituaries will be where we place community created obituaries that are submitted by the character’s owner in the prior month The deadline would be a week before the newsletter is released
Finally, the last major point of the newsletter will be a volunteer spotlight Think of this like an employee of the month It will be a place to show appreciation for our volunteers who work hard to make Wild Rivals what it is
