Frozen Is Fresher

• We blast-freeze all of our products to keep your protein fresh until you’re ready to grill.

• Our process is 10x faster than at-home freezing, sealing in vitamins & minerals and reducing crystallization. This keeps your meat fresher and more flavorful for longer.

• Easy & safe defrosting – defrost overnight, or for seafood, grinds, and thinner cuts, a quick defrost in a bowl of cold water does the trick!

• You can cook from frozen! Burgers and thin cuts can be cooked without defrosting.

Know Your Grades

No right or wrong—choose what fits your taste and budget. The BMS (Beef Marbling Score) is how beef is graded by its marbling. Higher scores mean more marbling.

• Ranges from USDA 0-1 to A5 Wagyu (10-12).

• Prime, Choice, and Wagyu are perfect for grilling.

• Grading affects flavor & texture.

Know Your Grill Time

If you want perfect doneness, use a meat thermometer to take the guesswork out. This temperature guide is a great place to start.

• 120-125°F: Rare

• 130-135°F: Medium-Rare

• 140-145°F: Medium

• 150-155°F: Medium-Well

Let it rest! A reminder to let your meat rest for up to 10 minutes before slicing to lock in flavor!
