VACANCY HR SERVICES MANAGER UK HEAD OFFICE, SOUTH MANCHESTER THE ROLE: Managing and leading a small HR team, you will take them and the wider business on a journey of transformation in HR, sourcing and implementing a new HR system and mapping out processes to optimise existing and developing HR policies. The HR Services Manager will have the opportunity to develop and up skill the existing HR team and wider UK administration team, to ensure a world class HR service is delivered to employees. You will also be managing the first level HR advice and HR administrative services to the wider HR team as well as the business to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Reporting into the UK HR Director, this is a development opportunity with potential exposure to further projects as the current HR strategy rolls out across the UK. EXPERIENCE: This is a new position and provides an exciting opportunity for someone to make a significant impact. It requires someone with the technical ideas to improve every area of service and the management experience to lead and develop a small team. An experienced, proactive, HR professional, you will be CIPD qualified with a passion for process, policy, systems, data and administration management. Proactive and people focused you will enjoy a challenge, be service driven, flexible to change and able to hit the ground running. With experience of HR system implementation, you will pride yourself on attention to detail in terms of people data and have the ability to analyse, interpret and forecast a range of HR metrics to inform management reporting, implementing an HR Balanced scorecard / KPI’s. Excellent excel skills are a must. With a hands on approach, you will lead by example, be driven, ambitious and have high expectations. Whilst you will have a leaning toward processes and systems, you will also enjoy the wider generalist HR remit where the work is fast and varied.
