The attachment theory is a scientific framework that helps us understand how we experience love, dating and relationships.
Our attachment style blueprint is directly connected to how we relate to others in our adult relationships
The behaviours we exhibit and the way we tend to think and feel, are intricately linked between what we learned from our parents, caregivers and friends in childhood and adolescence, and from our early attachment figures and romantic partners.
As a result, we tend to carry this behaviour forward and experience similar relationship dynamics throughout our lifetime.
