Her company motto is “mitigating employee related liability through training” where she uses the power of training to engage and educate employees on making sound decisions in the field of mandated reporting, workplace discrimination and life saving techniques. She provides harassment prevention training and consulting services in order to reduce court litigation. She is an advocate for children as she provides child abuse recognition and mandated reporting training and believes that saving a life is something everyone can do through learning First Aid and CPR techniques. She has a B.S. in Occupational Studies, a M.S. in Emergency Services Administration with an emphasis in corporate training, and a certification in Human Resources Management from California State University of Long Beach. She currently serves as a board member on the Personnel Board Commission for the City of Whittier and is a volunteer First Aid/ CPR/AED Instructor for the American Red Cross.
