This past month Eden Place took over 55 people camping and to the Illinois State fair in Springfield! So much fun was had and core memories were made! Our families came together early Friday morning and enjoyed the 3 hour drive to Springfield, IL.
During the trip, families enjoyed the great outdoors and spent quality time together. We set up our tent in a beautiful spot with stunning views. We even got to enjoy hikes, played games, and cooked meals over an open fire. although we got a few drizzles the first night, nothing could rain on our parade!
The Illinois Farm Bureau and The Department of Agriculture were so amazing to us during our trip! They shared with us all the wonderful programs they have available and feed us the best corn and watermelon at the entire State Fair!
We definitely give this trip a 10 out of 10!
This was definitely my favorite camping trip ever. I can’t wait to come back next year
