EVENING RESORT WITH PEPE HAVEA LOOK 1 ‘SEDIMENT’

Cady

silt

“Silt” reflects the quiet beauty of what remains when waters recede, fine earth settling into stillness. With layered textures and muted natural tones, the look embodies calm restoration and the grounding force that allows new life to emerge after disruption.

At the core of the accessories is a hand-blown hourglass timer clutch designed by Paris Jones in collaboration with Gordon Studio Glassblowers. Its futuristic, organic form holds sand, a symbol of time slipping away and a reminder of the land itself. Delicate yet powerful, this piece stands as a poetic artifact, urging us to act while change is still possible.

After imagines a future where humanity has faced the tipping point of climate change and has chosen to heal. In this world reborn, nature may not look as it once did, but it thrives through us, with us, because of us. Through memory, innovation, and design, we rebuild our connection to the natural world. This evening resort collection is set in that future, a time after the crisis, where fashion becomes both an act of remembrance and a tool for regeneration.

Garments in After are not just worn, they are inhabited. They become archives of the earth: textured, sculptural, and alive with reference. Fabric mimics what’s been eroded, submerged, or carried with the wind. The silhouettes draw from earths raw elements: earth, water, air , each piece suggesting both what has been lost and what could return in new forms.

At the core of the collection is a singular, hand-blown hourglass timer clutch, created in collaboration with Gordon Studio glassblowers. Its futuristic, organic shape holds sand, both a symbol of time running out and a reminder of the land itself. This piece is a poetic artifact: delicate yet powerful, reminding us that change is still possible if we act now.

In After, the body becomes a symbol of coexistence, not with the nature that was, but with the nature we chose to remake. This is fashion not for survival, but for symbiosis, a future where creativity, technology, and the earth finally move as one.

EVENING RESORT WITH PEPE HAVEA LOOK 5 ‘AFTER’

Both Look 2 and Look 5 are made from Rick Owens deadstock, strengthening After’s commitment to sustainability and resourcefulness. By transforming what already exists into new evening wear, these pieces reduce environmental impact while reinforcing the collection’s message of renewal and a hopeful future.

renewal

Renewal explores the quiet power of rebirth after environmental collapse. This look embodies regeneration through considered materials and refined construction, symbolising the moment when the earth begins to heal. It reflects After’s core message: transforming what remains into something resilient, elevated, and full of renewed possibility.

Look 4 is crafted entirely from Giorgio Armani deadstock, bringing a sense of refined luxury and responsibility to the collection. By repurposing surplus fabrics from a renowned fashion house, the look embodies After’s ethos of renewal, transforming existing materials into something elevated, purposeful, and future-focused.

Sediment captures the quiet layering of time and the traces the earth leaves behind. This look draws from the buildup of natural deposits, shifting textures, muted tones, and stratified forms, to embody the weight of history and the promise of what can emerge from it. It reflects After’s focus on transformation, grounding the collection in the deep, evolving rhythms of the planet.
