Silhouettes for the collection fuse a personal love of Elizabethan fashions with futuristic and sharp elements that help create imagery associated with technology. Soft texturisation acts as a metaphor for the soft illumination emitting from screenlights while sharp shoulders and structure embody the futuristic and sharp connotations of technology. Soft textures and emphasised shoulders are also two trends that have been dominant on the runways (Laird Borrelli-Persson). The collection has a strong usage of wool throughout, seeking to include dominant usage of natural materials and provide warmth and luxury. Other fabrications include raw silk, checkered georgette and a soft bamboo terry.
