Ernie Burrow
Dec. 12, 1928 — Feb. 28, 2017 Roger passed away in wife Gloria’s arms surrounded by his family. Roger was an avid reader, a talented carver and a heck of a pool player. He loved playing bridge, making stained glass with his wife and enjoyed playing golf. His most favorite place in the world was the North Shore and he and his family enjoyed the Baptism River for many years together. Roger had a phenomenal vocabulary and he was always eager to learn more. His family was his life and he always expressed how proud of them he was. He told his wife every day how much he loved her. When he proposed to her, he promised her he would never go bald and he would show her the world. He kept both of those promises. He worked hard at everything he did and he volunteered a lot. His favorite saying was “A man of words and not of deeds is like a garden is fi lled with weeds.” Memorial service at a later date.
