They are all connective tissue problems that can be improved and in some cases corrected with a new tool called a FasciaBlaster. Ashley Black is the passionate creator of the FasciaBlaster. The finger like projections dig into the fascia and release it. This process smooths out muscle contractions which not only helps alleviate pain, but also improves your skin’s appearance. Black was stricken with a flesh eating bacteria that entered her spinal fluid which left her hip and back in constant pain and near immobility. Her odds of surviving were only 7%. The odds of complete recovery were nonexistent. She looked into every alternative treatment for relief. Upon studying anatomy, she discovered that connective tissue affects almost every aspect of our structure and affects everything about how one moves to how one feels. During this time she developed a self administered tool to help smooth out fascia and break up adhesions easily. From there she has developed other tools of varying sizes and shapes to hone in on breaking up scars and adhesions. In the fall of 2017, you can expect the release of the FaceBlaster, which helps reduce wrinkles and sagging skin. After healing herself, Black started working on pro athletes. Her tools and techniques are as innovative as they are effective. Sports medicine had been using fascia techniques with success but Black's unique perspective and treatment made her highly sought after. Since smoothing fascia also helps the appearance of skin and reduces the look of cellulite, Black expanded into the world of helping fashion models including Victoria's Secret runway models and other celebrities.

Freeing people of pain is Black’s goal. Her private Facebook group has nearly 236,000 happy "FasciaBlasters" and the comments include praise for reduced joint pain, reduction in muscle pain, to beautiful, smooth thighs. Members happily post before and after pictures of their results. People of all ages benefit from Black’s tools as well as her supportive tutorial videos.
