Questions Questions

Can I bring props or accessories to the shoot?

Absolutely! This is perfect for any sessions with more than a single image.

What all should I bring?

Bring 2-4 outfits (unless otherwise discussed), a change of shoes, any props, personal make-up, and a comb/brush.

How and when do I get my photos?

Approximately 2 weeks after your session your photos will be available for downloading. You will be provided with a link and a password to download. Images can also be sent via WeTransfer.

How does payment work?

We accept credit card and E-transfer payments. There will be no products or images delivered until invoice is paid in full.

Are products delivered, shipped or pick-up?

We can arrange for whatever makes sense for you. Should we be shipping to you, shipping costs are additional.

What if we are sick?

If you’re sick, we reschedule! Simple as that. Working with children I have come to expect that last minute texts or calls will occasionally happen. I want this to be a 100% positive experience, so there’s no need to force it if anyone is unwell. Please notify me as soon as possible by phone.

Can I get both digital and print copies of my headshots?

Of course! We can discuss everything during your photo selection process. Printed photos are locally sourced right here in Edmonton!

Do you take payment plans?

Yes, Absolutely! We understand that the world is going through a lot of change and sometimes things can be difficult to invest in one lump sum. I offer 3 - 6 month interest free options. Nothing will be delivered or products ordered until invoice is paid in full.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our products there is no refunds issued.

I recently had Mj update my business headshot and the experience was from experience exceptional from start to end. Mj brings so much passion and knowledge to photography it was a joy to see her go through her process. Her studio is professional and Mj’s years of experience was certainly on display.

She used her skills to create a number of great options for me to pick from. She listened to what I wanted, but was also able to add her input and touch on the final choice. My was able to accommodate my schedule and was patient with me through the entire session.
