H2Flow™ is a temperature regulation system that was developed together with mountain professionals to provide skiers with versatility and comfort in changing weather conditions and fluctuating activity levels. The technology utilizes positive and negative space in the insulation to keep the individual warm by storing heated air, and also allows the wearer to cool much more quickly through ventilation zips exchanging out the hot air for cooled air.

As your body temperature rises, the uniquely designed air pockets store and retain the heat you produce to keep you warm. To cool down, simply use the strategically placed ventilation zippers to release the warm air and allow a flow of cool to enter the jacket.

The Lifa Infinity™ membrane is a waterproof and breathable microporous membrane made from LIFA®, Helly Hansen’s proprietary technology based on the hydrophobic properties of polypropylene. The microporosity of the Lifa Infinity™ membrane is achieved without the use of chemical solvents which are commonplace in garments that include a breathable membrane. Through a process called hot-melt extrusion, LIFA® is repeatedly heated, stretched and folded back over itself to create a microporous membrane without the use of chemicals.
Building off of this membrane, Lifa Infinity™ includes a face fabric that is constructed using recycled materials and a PFC-free DWR treatment, creating a garment that is both professional-grade and highly responsible to the environment.
