During the 2019-20 school year, we gathered a committee of staff members and administrators to review the determination of summative ratings In an effort to ensure consistency across evaluations in our district, we have developed the following rating system to support staff members and administrators during the evaluation process:
●
CCSD21 Determination of Summative Rating
During the 2021-22 school year, our PERA committee met and agreed that since staff are using PERA in their evaluation, they will not need to complete additional goal-setting Starting with the 2022-23 school year, staff did not see goal-setting plans in their tasks to complete
For the last two years, we have used an online platform for evaluations called Perform (Quick Start Guide, Short Video Tutorial) This is a platform that is within the PowerSchool suit of different educational platforms. If you think something is not accurate within Perform, please reach out to your building principal.

Did You Know…
As a district, we are proud to celebrate the diversity of our learning community! During this month, many countries around the world celebrate their day of independence. Many people in our community acknowledge their native country’s independence by displaying a flag, participating in festivals or parades. Some communities celebrating in the month of August include India, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Uruguay and Kyrgyzstan. If you’d like to learn more, click on the links! If there is a celebration that we missed, don’t hesitate to reach out and share it with our Language Services Department.
