Program Evaluation: Northern Safety Network Yukon Yukon Workers Compensation Health and Safety Board (YWCHSB), in cooperation with Northern Safety Network Yukon (NSNY), is evaluating NSNY’s activities and programming. The goal is to assess the performance of the program in the context of its funding agreements, generate baseline data and methods of assessing performance over time, identify program improvements and help build evaluation capacity within the two organizations. The evaluation will highlight program achievements and identify best practices and lessons learned through successes and challenges. Ference & Company will evaluate NSNY on behalf of YWCHSB by surveying individuals who have attended NSNY’s workshops and training. It will also survey representatives of Yukon employers who may or may not have participated in NSNY’s activities and programming. If you are contacted to provide input to the evaluation YCC encourages you to do so. The YWCHSB Board of Directors expects to have the results of the review in late fall.
