Hi Everyone and welcome to this evenings Toolstation Western Premier league fixture against our Somerset neighbours Shepton Mallet. I hope that you have had a good journey down this evening and will join us in the clubhouse for a drink after the game. I must start my column by issuing a big thank you to Roger Mann from Wotton Printers for helping out with tonight’s programme. Unfortunately Paul Hardingham is indisposed for a short while so Wottons, who normally print our match day programmes, have very kindly agreed to help us out with producing it as well. Apologies if there is some normal content missing but we have tried to get as much of the normal content included for you. Thank you Roger, fantastic work. I would also like to thank all those kind people who sponsor a player or a member of the back room staff. We have added another to the list this week, Harrison & Jenson Montandon, son’s of former Bucks favourite Neil, have kindly agreed to sponsor our young goalkeeper Adam Seedhouse Evans. Other player sponsors and already signed up for this year are Jo McKenna (Cliff Walters), Keith Underwood (Kenny Griffiths), Roger Madge (Liam Drew), Rose Glanfield (Marc Revell), Barry Glanfield (Dan Griffiths), Nick Hancock (Richard Groves), Dave Mullins (Charlie Johansen), Bob Hext (Simon Revell), Melvyn Treeby (Lloyd Gardner), Dan & Francis Campbell (Gavin Hammon), Charlie Hardingham (Steve Giles), Pete Middleweek (Karl Green), Adam Castle (Chris Wright), Colin Taylor (Nick Rudge), Christine Holmes (Liam Head), Piggies Pantry (Jared Lewington), D. Davies and G. Mogford (Cameron Kelly) and

John Piller (Ellis Laight). Thank you all for your support of the players and the club, your contribution really does help fund our travelling costs for the season, great work guys. On the sponsorship front we have recently agreed a deal with local Solicitors, and Buckland sponsor, Kitson who will be having another advertising sign at the club, this time at the entrance to Homers Heath with great visual impact and maximum advertising exposure. Whilst on the subject of maximum advertising exposure how about sponsoring the naming rights to our fantastic ground hear at Homers Heath. It is something we are exploring, so if you, or if you know of any one who might be interested, then please get them to contact me, John Piller at jpbafc@hotmail.com, or call me on 07836 774048. Would also like to thank Ben Williamson from Kastner Volvo, Exeter who have kindly agreed to extend their sponsorship package with the club, thank you Ben, and thank you Kastner Volvo, Exeter. Our sponsors really are the life blood of any club, we appreciate and value every sponsor, no matter whether it is a £5 per week donation or a very large sponsorship, you are all doing your bit to make Buckland Athletic the successful club it is. Thank you all so much. Well, that’s it for this week folks, if you would like to become involved with, or sponsor the most ambitious club in the west country then please contact me, John Piller at jpbafc@hotmail.com, or telephone 07836 774048.
