The Practice is an independent partnership and your appointment will be with an owner of the practice who is highly experienced and fully qualified to advise on all aspects of vision care including management of eye conditions, specialised computer spectacles, general purpose multifocals and contact lenses. The practice provides an inclusive aftercare scheme. We give additional time and assistance at no further charge when changed prescriptions need modification or adjustment.
Emmaus helps lift people out of homelessness by offering a home and work in our shops and recycling business. Part of a worldwide secular movement and one of 28 Communities in the UK, Emmaus Hastings & Rother aims to be financially self-supporting by restoring and reselling donated furniture and household goods. Proceeds from our shops fund training in new skills to help people move on from homelessness, as well as supporting the Community. You can help by donating furniture, bric-a-brac, clothing, and household items to our social enterprise, and by visiting our main shop and cafe in Whitworth Road, St. Leonards, and our shop in Battle High Street. We offer a collection and delivery service, and also do house clearances.
