WINTER BREAK HOUSING No charge for winter break housing Registration required; closes 12/10 Greek Chapter Facilities will not be open. For questions, email fslhousing@tcu.edu

WINTER BREAK HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping will clean suitestyle/apartment-style restrooms (except GrandMarc, Liberty Lofts, Village East) Remove all items from restrooms

FALL TO SPRING Fall room assignment rolls over to spring semester No action needed to keep current assignment


SPRING 2022 ROOM CHANGES REQUEST ROOM CHANGE Waitlist opened 11/1 Submit on my.tcu.edu --> Student Services --> Housing Portal --> Housing Waitlist

TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL ROOM CHANGE Enter different building/commodity preferences for 1st, 2nd, 3rd requests Enter different room types for 1st, 2nd, 3rd requests Don't put yourself as a preferred roommate Roommate requests must be mutual

ROOM CHANGE REQUEST APPROVED Remove all items, clean space, return key and checkout no later than 12/18 Items can be placed in storage or taken home If moving to Greek Chapter Facility, move out before 12/18 and return to new space 1/7 at 9am

Chick-Fil-A and Union Grounds Closes: December 19th Union Grounds Opens: January 3rd Chick-Fil-A Opens: January 7th

Adding Campus Cash/ Frog Bucks Campus Cash can be added to accounts in person at the ID Card Center

Frog Bucks can be added via my.tcu.edu --> Student Services

Meal Plan Changes Dining plan will roll over to the spring semester; no action needed to keep current plan Sophomores, juniors, seniors: to change your dining plan, go to my.tcu.edu --> student services --> Housing portal --> Housing/dining application --> Spring 2022 --> dining plan selection

Juniors/ seniors in an apartment can opt out by emailing housing@tcu.edu First year students: required to keep Ultimate Flex 19 dining plan Changes/cancellations dealine: 1/26/22

Scan the QR code on the machine that is broken to report the issue If multiple machines are broken, you must scan each QR code separately
