Dear Members,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the Search Committee and Board of Directors for granting me the opportunity to lead the team and be part of the Wexford family. The schedule over the last few weeks has given me the opportunity to meet many of the staff while working on relocating from colder climates in Vermont. As of December 5th, I will be at Wexford full-time and look forward to building lasting relationships with staff and membership. Now onto a little bit more about me and my family. My wife Heather, daughter Scout-Kelly and our furry four-legged family include a 6-yearold Labrador retriever and 1 year old orange Tabby cat. We have enjoyed the last eight years in New England but the Low country is much closer to home given we spent many years on the southwest coast of Florida. Not to mention we expect the winter weather to be much more to our liking. From a professional standpoint, I have been the General ManagerCOO at Dorset Field Club in Dorset Vermont since October of 2014. With the help of staff and guidance from the Board of Governors, we were able to differentiate the club from the competition and turned DFC into a year-round facility with winter racquets, dining, and cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Prior to Dorset I was the Club Manager at Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida. My professional background includes 25+ years in progressive club management, architecture and construction project management and marine construction. I look forward to applying those skills collaborating with staff and member feedback to further develop the current Amenities and Enhancement Plan with a focus on making Wexford the premier private club facility in the Low country. In closing, I wanted to send out a special thank you to interim General Manager Craig Martin who has been instrumental with this great opportunity and who I will lean on in the coming weeks during my transition. I look forward to meeting you all very soon.
