: Academic Works : urban redevelopment, conceptual, schematic design, non-detailing drawings, 3D modeling : public facility : Mangga Besar, Jakarta, Indonesia : 80000 m2 & 1500 m2

MRT Jakarta plan to create commercial area in all MRT exit, making it functional TOD spaces which people can come, move and stay, and eventually increases the living quality for the area and the people as well. The objective is connectivity, easy people movement from one to another tranportation yet simultaneously give liveble space to stay for a while. This is a group project specifically to redevelop a chosen area then work on individual site that have been created in the masterplan.

Contribution for MRT Jakarta by planning integrated and compact area. An intersection between modes(MRT, Transjakarta, Jaklink). The area serves culinary commercials. The culinary focused area as the main character to promote Mangga Besar as a new node. This concept was chosen as a solution to improve the living condition of the area and the existing kampung kota as well.

The green space experience offered has many activities in it such as ecological corridors, stage performances, culinary areas with reusable packaging, and community spaces for environmental conservation. The compact buildings around Green Village make it easy for visitors to walk from one building to another. The main objective of providing Green Village Transit is to improve the quality of life of the people around the area and to raise public awareness about environmental preservation.

open theater is open to the public therefore students of the class can have the opportunity to perform in front of many people. The space’s purpose is also for the public to rest and to make the area alive.

2nd floor plan first-floor design is easy for the public to access therefore it needs a big open space in the central of the building. second-floor consists of private classes. the exhibition gallery has a continuous pathway as if the building tells a story. visitors can feel new experiences from walking around the gallery.

Windows open actively to allow natural light and air to enter the building to reduce electricity costs. Therefore employing a double skin facade to minimize overheating from big openings.

: Professional Works : Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Bekasi : conceptual, schematic design, DED : public facility : Kota Baru, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat : Lead designer, coordinating with client, architectural detailed drawings, 3D modelling and visualization

Reduce, reuse, and recycle are the activities in TPS 3R and the purpose is to sustain our environment. TPA Bantar Gebang has got its limit regarding exiled waste which Jakarta has been giving for the past decades. In order to reduce this waste, Bekasi City Government build TPS3Rs. This TPS3R designed to be simple yet functional, do not need any unnecessary elements.

The design purpose was to optimize easy movement for the waste cart to enter the warehouse hence the office is placed in the back.

The warehouse finished floor level has the same level as the in-site landscape to minimize accidents such as tripping or stumbling in the heavy-duty area.

2022 | PPARS STUDIO 1 - Public Building Project - individual project Type Scope

There are rarely dog-friendly open spaces, even though the dog’s need for open space is necessary. This project is located in Kebayoran Baru commercial area which is very popular for its entertainment and is also very businessoriented. A space to gather, exchange ideas, and share information about animals through workshops and events. There are tenants to support the building. The building is not only for the people who have dog(s) but also for people who don’t. A public space for both dog-loving community and general public.
