Online Registration & Account Management * A MyWestside online account gives you the option to register for programs, manage details, add family members, make changes to information, view schedules, manage your calendar, see when memberships expire, print receipts and confirmations.

Registration Information * Payment is required at the time of registration. GST, where applicable, is applied to the program price. * A registration confirmation, printed or on a mobile device, or Westside membership card must be presented for gate entry. * Attendance is only permitted in a program for which you have registered. Make-up classes are not offered. * Registered programs may not be scheduled on statutory holidays. Please see your confirmation for details.

Gate Entry for Programs * Registered program participants and parent spectators are granted admission 15 minutes prior to program start time; departure is expected immediately following program end time. * Day camps and certain programs may be asked to check in at alternate entrances; please see your registration confirmation for details.

Withdrawals, Fees & Cancellations * Program withdrawals may be made using your online account, in person or by telephone at 403.531.5875 Ext 310. * Withdrawals are refunded to either the original form of payment or account credit, less the applicable fees.

Six days or more prior to the program start date: * Withdrawals are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.

Five days or fewer prior to the program start date: * Withdrawals are subject to a 100% withdrawal fee; no refund or account credit will be provided.

Medical withdrawals: * Withdrawals due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a physician's letter; please contact Westside at 403.531.5875 Ext 310 to discuss your options.

Program cancellations: * Westside reserves the right to cancel programs that do not fill to minimum requirements. * Notification will be provided approximately 5 days prior to the program start date and fees will be reimbursed in full.
