Water Billing - Meter Cards are mailed out in April, August and November. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to complete these cards every 3 months to ensure accurate water billing. These readings are both beneficial to you as the customer and to the Village of Hilton. Water bills are mailed out every 4 months; January, May and September.

The Village of Hilton no longer picks up televisions. There are several companies in the Monroe County area that will accept computers/TVs from residents. You can call the Village Office for a list of those companies. Ecopark is another option for your one stop drop off facility for expanded recycling options.
