Seton Hill Student Survey
Greetings Chamber Member:
My name is Lumen Roach, and I am a junior social work major at Seton Hill University. I am reaching out to you as part of my research project to promote the necessity of policy regarding bias training. In order to understand what the current climate is around bias and bias training in local businesses, I have developed a survey.
The direction of this initiative will be greatly aided by the amount of participation this survey receives. The insight from this will immensely help my academic pursuit, but more importantly, it poses the potential for positive change within the local business community.
If you would kindly take a few minutes to complete this survey, it would be greatly appreciated and everything would remain confidential.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and if there are any questions or inquiries for additional information, feel free to contact me at l.roach@setonhill.edu
Thank you deeply,
-Lumen

“Leadership Westmoreland gave me an amazing opportunity to learn, grow, network, and flourish. The program is geared toward taking an introspective look at your leadership skills and fostering their growth. I cannot understate the appreciation I have for the program in not only adding to my leadership toolbox, but also allowing me to forge friendships, gain a new respect and admiration for my community and the great things that are occurring every day, and allowing me to experience the history and tradition of Westmoreland County.”
