WEDDING COMPENDIUM Celebrate your special day at West HQ West HQ has hosted many extraordinary and unique events – let us help you bring your inspiration to reality. The diversity of spaces at West HQ means you can choose from a small private room to a large ballroom depending on the format and size of your special day. We can also offer a unique wedding experience for you and your guests with our signature spaces and menus of 33Grill Bar & Dining, CHU Restaurant by China Doll or New Town Thai restaurant. We can accommodate 50 to 400 guests for a seated reception including all your dining requirements with stylish dressings for weddings to meet all tastes. Smaller guest numbers can be accommodated in our spectacular restaurants while larger events will want to make use of the Ambassador Room floor to dance the night away! WEDDING COMPENDIUM THE AMBASSADOR ROOM

The largest of all our function spaces, the Ambassador Room, which is perfect for weddings. There is a large built-in performance stage for the band or other entertainment, fully operational bars, a full size dance floor which can be customised to your event, three electronic drop down screens and space to seat 500 for dinner, clearing to 700 for the evening reception. You will also have access to a bridal suite with a wedding coordinator to provide you with beverages and canapés before the reception.

With a variety of layouts and sizes our rooms can be transformed to make your wedding day as special as you dream it will be. It takes meticulous planning and many hours of deliberating to make your special day perfect and our team will work with you to make it happen. Come and see our space in Rooms 3 & 4 with it’s private balcony and windows that let natural light stream in.

Whether you’re planning a formal seated reception or a more contemporary cocktail and sharing occasion CHU Restaurant by China Doll brings you an experience that delivers everything the China Doll name stands for. Our menu combines a modern take on Chinese, Hong Kong, Japanese, and Southeast Asian culinary traditions with premium and ethically sourced local ingredients. We will provide a level of service that exceeds all expectations, from the layout and furnishings to the highest quality of food that we serve.

NEW TOWN THAI

The New Town Thai restaurant is the recently opened “jewel in the crown” when it comes to sumptuous wedding locations. It is a spectacular, immersive and unique location designed to reflect the rich colours and vibrancy of Thailand and providing a relaxed and casual atmosphere to enjoy with friends and family. And of course our menu is inspired by the freshness of traditional Thai Street Food with a focus on seasonal fresh produce, aromatic scents and rich flavours.
