CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
BY ENTERING THESE PREMISES YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.You will:
a. swipe your membership card for access. Your membership must be current and financial to enter the venue;
b. as a casual visitor or trial member, check in at reception prior to using the facilities; provide proof of identity (if required) at any time requested by us;
c. comply with all directions given to you by representatives of ONE55;
d. be responsible for your own personal possessions and must not leave them unattended at any time;
e. neither possess nor use illegal or prohibited substances or be under the influence of an illegal or prohibited substance;
f. not solicit or, attempt to sell or distribute any goods;
g. comply with any bag check, metal detection scans or other security request;
h. not bring into the premises any pets, with the exception of a licensed guidance or assistance animal;
i. ensure that a parent/guardian accompanies any children under the age of 14 years within the gym area; and
j. wear suitable gym attire and appropriate footwear at all times within the facility.
You acknowledge and agree that ONE55 may refuse you entry, ask you to leave the premises or cancel your membership in its absolute discretion, including where:
a. your behaviour represents a breach of your ONE55 membership terms and conditions, the Code of Conduct for the venue or the Constitution of West HQ;
b. you fail to comply with our directions or these Conditions of Entry;
c. you cause a disturbance, or engage in behaviour that interferes with the enjoyment of or risks the safety of other members or visitors (including health issues or Notifiable diseases (as contained in Schedule 2 of the Public Health Act, 2010 (NSW));
d. you attempt to bring in weapons, laser pointers, banners, fireworks or any other items considered offensive or dangerous; or
e. you take unsolicited photos of others or film in the venue without the express consent of the person(s) or parent/guardian of the persons involved; or
f. you leave a child/children unattended in the venue or in your vehicle. The parent/guardian is solely responsible for the safe drop off and pick up of their child from the facility.
You acknowledge that:
a. surveillance cameras are active within the venue at all times; and
b. smoking (including vaping) is not permitted in the venue or within 4 metres of the entrance.
