Your collective hard work and perseverance have been nothing short of remarkable From the countless hours spent in meetings to the meticulous attention to detail in every decision made, your contributions have been instrumental in our success. I am particularly grateful for the trust you placed in me to lead this committee, especially as I navigated the learning curve along the way Your belief in my abilities and your unwavering support have been a source of inspiration and motivation for me

Soror Aleixs Hall member of Lambda Mu Sigma, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas I’m happily married with two children I served in the Army for 10 5 years in the active duty component with tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. I’m currently a PhD Candidate drafting my dissertation on FMLA and the military (active component) My passion is to be a good person and to live a fruitful life
Rochaun “Chante” Johnson-Bryant is a native of Los Angeles, CA. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in philosophy in General Psychology Her passion is seen as an Army Veteran and a Military Spouse through her endeavors as a recruiter. Her focus is helping her fellow veterans secure job employment as they transition out of the military Soror Johnson began her journey into Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. in the Fall of 2022 through Beta Nu Sigma in San Diego. She’s currently serving as the Rhosebud Chair Her goals and passions are seen through her four children Breanna (17), and Kennedy (14) both of whom are current Rhoers serving respectfully as the Vice President and the Historian, Nathaniel (8) and Taraji (7)
Adrianne Joubert-Thompson is a native of Riverside, California, and relocated to Albuquerque,New Mexico in 2017 Professionally Adrianne serves as an Academic Dean at Strayer University and is an adjunct professor at Central New Mexico Community College and serves as a Governing Board Member at Lovelace Woman’s Hospital
Adrianne received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, San Bernardino in Mass Communication with a minor in Criminal Justice Adrianne received her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Strayer University and a Master of Education with a concentration in Adult Education and Development
Adrianne is a proud and active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc since she joined in the spring of 2006 and currently serves as the chapter president for the Albuquerque Alumnae chapter Eta Beta Sigma You will see her in the community supporting the Divine 9 Black Greek Letter Organizations at their various events and volunteering with March of Dimes, St Jude, Joy Junction, The Store House New Mexico, and Road Runner Food Bank She is also a member of Golden Key International Honor Society, Alpha Chi National College Honor Society, and Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education One of her favorite quotes is by former First Lady Michelle Obama, “Challenges and failures are necessary components of success ” In her spare time, Adrianne enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as reading biking and hiking in the Land of Enchantment.
Soror Taylor Perry was inducted into Sigma Gamma Rho in Fall 2022, Delta Psi Sigma chapter in Seattle, WA Soror Perry holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management She currently works in Education in a Human Resources position. She has invested much of her career in the education industry, advocating for inclusive and equitable care and training for employees, and enhancing the employee experience
Soror Andrea Magee Davis is a Los Angeles native and 22-year Ruby Life Member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc , initiated via The Elite Theta Epsilon Chapter at the University of Southern California
In the sorority, Soror Magee Davis has served on all levels On the local level with Theta Upsilon Sigma Inglewood Alumnae Chapter,
Soror Magee Davis served as 1st Anti Basileus from 2012-2018, Basileus from 2018-2020, and Executive Board Member from 20122022
Her hard work and dedication to membership led to being recognized with the True Blue Award in 2017, and the chapter earning the Regional Membership Development Award in 2017 & 2018. As a first-year Basileus, she led her chapter to a 2nd Western Region Chapter of the Year award in a row, in 2019
On the Regional level, Soror Magee Davis was appointed by the 19th Western Region Syntaktes, Michelle Aldridge, to serve as both Regional Membership Chair (2020) and the Region’s inaugural Chief of Staff (2022).
During her first term as RMC, the region witnessed aremarkable growth of 43%, with the soror headcount reaching over 1000 for the first time in the region's history With the support of the WR Membership Committee & Local Membership Chairs, Soror Magee Davis established the Anti Basilei Community, which later becameknown as The BABS Club, to include undergraduate and alumnae Basilei
It was established to provide ongoing training and collaborative support to local leadership In addition, Soror Magee Davis launched the sorority’s first virtual Membership Informational & Sigma Academy, the region’s postTORCH & continued member development, under her leadership As Chief of Staff, Soror Magee Davis has been instrumental in working with the Regional Syntaktes, Regional Board of Directors, Regional Conference Planning Committee and Regional Committee Chairs to achieve the regional vision, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic that changed the way Sigma business was handled In 2022, Soror Magee Davis worked as the project manager in the redesign of the Western Region website
Currently, she is managing the development of process manuals for regional officers and chairwomen On the international level, Soror Magee Davis served on the Global Membership Committee during the development of the Belize & Ghana chapter charters, as well as the National Membership Committee and National Sister Coaching Initiative under the administration of PGB Catchings Smith
Professionally, Soror Magee Davis has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and coaching Currently, she co-owns the House of 334 Design Studio, which supports small businesses and non-profit organizations with web development, graphic design, and copywriting.

As the seated Western Region UCC, I have firsthand knowledge and experience in working with the undergraduate chapters, members and advisors, as well as collaborating with the other regional UCC and leading the Western Region Undergraduate Concerns Committee all is an effort to positively impact the undergraduate experience in this sorority In addition, I have been a professional educator and trainer for culturally based fraternal organizations for over 10 years providing leadership training to undergraduate students across the country, I co-created the Cross Cultural Advisors Institute to provide training for campus-based advisors, and I have also served as an on-campus NPHC advisors

Sigma Sigma Chapter (Los Angeles Alumnae)
My status as a Soror is preceded by six years of community service as a Rhoer (Alpha Omicron Sigma chapter) During my time as an AOS Rhoer, I gained valuable experiences by connecting with the local youth through service and learning the needs of the community As the Western Region Youth Services Coordinator, I would harness my experiences and lessons learned from my past endeavors to achieve greater progress in the areas that continue to inhibit the growth and prosperity of our communities today
I am currently completing my second term as the WR Grammateus. In this role I have learned how to manage the finances of the region
Soror Altovise Abner was inducted into Theta Epsilon Sigma (Culver City Alumnae Chapter) in Fall 2006 As a very active member of Theta Epsilon Sigma, Soror Abner held such positions as Epistoleus, Rhoer Advisor, Fundraising Chair and Anti-Basileus. She was also part of the committee service committee and assisted with event coordination
In June of 2012, Soror Abner became a charter member of the LuxuRiouS Lambda Rho Sigma (Santa Monica Alumnae Chapter). As the Charter Basileus for Lambda Rho Sigma, Soror Abner doubled local membership, implemented creative programming, forged new relationships with community-based organizations within the City of Santa Monica and assisted in the implementation of Undergraduate Membership at both California State University, Channel Islands and Woodbury University.
In addition, Lambda Rho Sigma received the Chapter Performance of the Year award after only being chartered for nine (9) months under the leadership of Soror Abner Not only has Soror Abner held the title of Basileus on two separate occasions, but she has also held the position of Anti-Basileus, fundraising chair, and created the Annual Kickin’ It for Boobs Breast Cancer Awareness Event
On the Regional Level, Soror Abner has served as the Awards and Achievement Chair and most recently as the Southern California Area Coordinator. As the SoCal Area Coordinator, Soror Abner coordinated a SoCal sisterhood effort at Frat Games, coordinated the SoCal area event for Founders’ Day and executed Soulful Sigma Sunday
During Centennial Year, Soror Abner proudly became a Life Member and is looking forward to what is next on her Sigma Journey Outside of Sigma, Soror Abner provides families with an array of services, which include mental health therapy for families, life skills, housing linkages, resources and more. Patience Walton was inducted into the Beta Mu Sigma Phoenix Alumnae chapter in 2021. As a highly accomplished multidisciplinary designer with over 20 years of experience, Patience holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design and a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology, showcasing her dedication to excellence in visual and instructional design She has excelled across various creative mediums, from print and packaging to internal communication strategies and digital media.
Serving as the CEO of DG Premier Design Studio, Patience spearheads a thriving creative agency known for its innovative and impactful design solutions Her visionary leadership and extensive expertise have played a pivotal role in the studio's success, consistently surpassing client expectations and solidifying its reputation as a trusted partner for design excellence.
Throughout her illustrious career, Patience has garnered recognition for her outstanding contributions She received a prestigious award from the American Advertisement Federation in 2021, and accolades from American Express in 2017 and 2020 for her innovation, visual design, global communication strategy, and training development within the global engagement strategy
Her work has been prominently featured within renowned organizations such as American Express, R&B Money Podcast Live Grammy Party hosted by R&B singers Tank & J Valentine, Toast to Black Hollywood (sponsored by BET, D'usse, UBS Investment Bank, and Doritos), and the Los Angeles Film School
Outside of her professional endeavors, Patience is deeply committed to community service and advocacy She currently serves as the Director of Public Relations for the Beta Mu Sigma Phoenix Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated, where she has made significant contributions to enhancing the chapter's visual and web presence, driving social media engagement, and spearheading various community initiatives
Patience's dedication to diversity and inclusion is evident through her past roles as the Co-Lead for the Phoenix Black Engagement Colleague network at American Express and as the director of diversity and inclusion for the American Institute for Graphic Art. She is passionate about fostering an inclusive environment and promoting opportunities for underrepresented communities in the design industry.
Recognizing the importance of mentorship and education, Patience generously shares her expertise as a guest lecturer at institutions such as Full Sail University, Los Angeles Film School, and Phoenix College She also contributes to industry conferences like Phoenix Design Week and the Articulate User conference, enriching the learning experiences of aspiring designers and professionals alike

Sorority Incorporated Nu Upsilon chapter at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona on December 9, 2011. She is currently a member of the Trailblazing Chapter of Beta Mu Sigma Alumnae Chapter in Phoenix, Arizona where she serves as the Sergeant at Arms and Community Service chairperson She also chaired the Nominations Ad Hoc Committee and successfully served two terms in her local chapter during the nominations process to elect the next local chapter officers.
Soror Adrianne Williams is the co-chair of the Public Relations committee and a member of the Programs committee. She is most passionate about community service She has served on the Western Region Programs committee, as well as appointed the 71st Regional Conference Sergeant at Arms She has served as the Centennial Sergeant at Arms and Centennial Fundraising/Community service committee. She currently serves on the International Nominations Committee and is the Western Region Nominations Committee chair. Soror Adrianne Williams was awarded Sigma of the Year 2022 during the 71st Western Region conference She has received numerous awards from her local chapter for Greater Service, Social Award, and other awards
Soror Adrianne Williams is truly an inspiration, embodying the values of sisterhood, service, and scholarship in every aspect of her life Her dedication to her students as a special education high school teacher is commendable, particularly in her commitment to supporting students with Emotional Disabilities and Behavior Disorders Beyond the classroom, her involvement in professional learning communities and advisory committees demonstrates her commitment to ongoing improvement and collaboration within her school district. As a purpose-driven educator at Betty H Fairfax High School, Soror Williams goes above and beyond, not only as a teacher but also as a coach and mentor Her leadership as the sponsor of the Majorette Dance Club and the creator of Self C A R E for Black Girls showcases her passion for empowering young women and promoting self-compassion, self-awareness, selfreinvention, and self-esteem
Soror Williams is also a mother of four sons ages 21, 19, and her twins are 9 years old She recently became a grandmother of her first granddaughter who she is most proud of as one of her greatest life accomplishments. During her free time she enjoys hiking, traveling, journaling in nature and boxing
She is known for her servitude to her family, in the classroom, the community and sorority She is sisterhood, service and scholarship. She holds two masters degrees from Arizona State University, masters in Special Education and masters in Social and two Bachelors degrees from the University of Arizona bachelors in Public Administration and Policy and bachelors in Human Services She will be furthering her education in Educational Leaderships as a 2023 Principalship fellow at Arizona State University Soror Adrianne says she does a lot but she gets it all done Whatever she puts her minds to she accomplishes it with dignity, style and grace Her favorite quote is “Small minds can’t comprehend big spirits To be great you have to be willing to be mocked, hated and misunderstood.”-Author Unknown.
Dr. Tadzia Dennis is the Western Region National Education Fund (NEF) Trustee, NEF Scholarship Chair, and member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc - Beta Mu Sigma Chapter She has earned five degrees including an AA in General Studies, a BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management, an M Ed in Career and Technical Education, an M Ed in Educational Leadership, and a Ph D in Higher Education Administration She has over 20 years of higher education experience in student affairs, and academic affairs and was awarded Faculty of the Year in 2016. Dr. T's life goal is the "change the world one student at a time"
