The Joseph G. Filoromo, Jr. Community Service Award recognizes an individual that has displayed unwavering commitment in our community.

The honoree must be dedicated, optimistic, and a creative and contributing leader. This year the Chamber has selected Tom Tracy for the Filoromo Award.

Tom Tracy serves on the Honey Brook Community Partnership steering committee and was responsible for bringing the carnival to Honey Brook this year in coordination with Harmony Days. Tom is an active member of the St. Peterâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s KOC, on the board of Brandywine Hospital-Tower Health, a past board member of the Honey Brook Food Pantry and an active volunteer at Tel Hai Retirement Community.

Please join us in honoring Tom for his continued community service.

Cory Amman is the Director of Sales for the Courtyard by Marriott in Coatesville. In his role Cory is responsible for the total sales efforts for the hotel, as well as supervising sales related personnel and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximize profits while also maintaining guest satisfaction.

Amman joined the Marriott team with more than 15 years of hospitality and food and beverage experience. His prior roles include Food and Beverage Director at Willow Valley Resort & Conference Center located in Lancaster, PA, and General Manager and Director of Sales at the Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster. Most recently Amman was the Customer Development Specialist for Gordon Food Service.

Mark Reyngoudt is Tower Health, Brandywine Hospitalâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s new Chief Financial Officer.

Mark came to Brandywine Hospital from UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle where he most recently served as CFO. He has held financial leadership roles at health systems in Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina and Florida. He has an MBA from University of Texas in Tyler. Mark will bring insight to the board in regards to the health care sector and has enjoyed participating in multiple Chamber of Commerceâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s in his past positions.

Deborah Ellis operates Highspire Hills Farm in Glenmoore, a family owned and operated business that produces more than 3,000 dozen eggs a month for local restaurants; including Kimberton Whole Foods Markets. Deb is a longtime participant as a mobile AG education science lab coordinator and a Farm Bureau Board Member. She received the 2017 Distinguished Service to Agriculture Award from the Board of Chester County Commissioners and the Chester County Agricultural Development Council. For the WCCCC Board, Deb will provide her extensive knowledge of agriculture to assist the Chamber in servicing our AG members.
