Tender Sale Process Notice
1. Introduction
On behalf of the Owner (hereinafter referred to as “the Vendor”), Westcoast Raine & Horne Rural is pleased to invite tenders for the sale of 235 Luptons Road Westdale WA 6304 as described in the tender documents.
2. Submission of Tenders
Interested parties are invited to submit their tenders in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the tender documents. All tenders must be submitted by 4 pm sharp on the 12th of September 2024, in the format prescribed, and must include all required documentation.
3. Evaluation of Tenders
All tenders received by the submission deadline will be evaluated by the Vendor. The evaluation criteria will include, but are not limited to,
the tender price, the financial stability of the tenderer, and the ability of the tenderer to complete the purchase.
4. Right to Refuse
The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any and all tenders, including the highest tender, without providing any reason. The Vendor also reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer and to accept or reject any variations proposed.
5. Notification
Westcoast Raine & Horne Rural will notify the successful tenderer verbally on 16/09/2024. The notification will include further instructions regarding the completion of the sale. Unsuccessful tenderers will be notified by email.
6. Confidentiality
All information provided by the tenderers will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, except as required by law or with the tenderer’s consent.
