EMC events – West Carleton residents are being encouraged to lace up their running shoes Sept. 16 for a yearly tradition started by a young man who dreamed of ďŹ nding a cure for cancer. While this year marks the 32nd Terry Fox Run nationally, it is the second straight year a run is being held in Constance Bay.
