2025 SPONSORSHIP CATALOG

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sponsorship fees will be invoiced 60-90 days prior to the event or sponsorship start date and are due upon receipt.

Advertising sponsorships will be invoiced by February 1.

No investor discount will be applied to Presenting, Co-Presenting, Host, Corporate, or table sponsorships.

A price increase will apply if a sponsorship is secured after the sponsorship drive ends.

Certain sponsorships may require approval from Chamber management.

Refer to your signed contract for any additional terms and conditions that may apply.

TOTAL RESOURCE CAMPAIGN

The Chamber’s Total Resource Campaign (TRC), ConnectIn, is a six-week fall campaign where Chamber members volunteer to market sponsorship opportunities and recruit new members. It's the exclusive period for members to access sponsorship opportunities, helping businesses plan their marketing budgets and learn about Chamber programs for the upcoming year.

All sponsorships are for 2025.

Business After Hours

This monthly after-work event is one of the most popular and well-attended Chamber functions. Business After Hours is two hours of informal networking, food, door prizes and lots of fun. More than 150 business and community leaders attend this signature Chamber staple every month.

Workforce Development Newsletter

Each month, the Chamber’s workforce team, West AlabamaWorks, emails a Workforce Development newsletter to more than 3,500 recipients. The newsletter provides valuable information about workforce trends and successes in West Alabama. It also highlights how local businesses and government are impacting workforce concerns and issues through support and partnerships. West AlabamaWorks covers a nine county area - Bibb, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Lamar, Marengo, Pickens, Sumter and Tuscaloosa.

Educators' Business & Industry Tour

The Educators' Business and Industry Tour creates awareness of careers and technical jobs in the West Alabama area. The annual event provides a unique opportunity for school counselors and career coaches from the West Alabama area to spend the day in a local industry and to hear from business leaders concerning the economic overview for the region. All school counselors and career coaches in the West Alabama Region are invited to participate in the tour and forum. Each year, a different career cluster is highlighted and school counselors are immersed in learning about the career opportunities and training needs within that career cluster.

An ad sponsorship is purchased and the sponsor wishes for the Chamber's marketing department to design the advertisement.
