Executive Director, North

This year’s milestone conference marks the North Bay Watershed Association’s Silver Anniversary, celebrating 25 years of regional collaboration and innovation. The event will be a dynamic gathering of regional leaders and partners engaged in navigating our north bay communities through unprecedented times by “Meeting This Moment in a Climate of Change”.
The conference provides a platform for experts, decision-makers, practitioners, partners, and students to collaboratively address today’s substantial and far-reaching adaptation challenges faced by water utilities and management agencies posed by climate, technology, and societal changes.
As we commemorate this Silver Anniversary, the conference is not only a celebration of 25 years of partnership and progress but also a call to action for the decades ahead. Participants will come together to exchange ideas, showcase innovation, and build connections that strengthen our collective ability to adapt and thrive in an era of transformation. It is an inspiring opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come — and to chart a bold, collaborative path toward a resilient and sustainable future for our communities and watersheds. This digital program will be updated regularly with details about conference speakers, session topics, and event highlights.
