Liberty embarked on a transformative journey to redefine its brand and solidify its position as a premium national provider of integrated technologies. This relaunch aimed to enhance Liberty's digital presence, improve customer engagement, and expand its market reach across various sectors.
The vision was to position Liberty as a national leader, offering Wesco customers comprehensive infrastructure solutions and establishing itself as an attractive alternative to national brands with highquality products at competitive prices.
To achieve this vision, Liberty’s strategy focused on several key areas:
• Building a Digital Presence: Launching Libertyonline.com with new eCommerce site to create and nurture sales leads with a modern design, improved navigation, and enhanced functionality.
• Integrated Marketing Approach: Implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital content, tradeshows, case studies, and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Customer Engagement: Engaging customers through social media, webinars, newsletters, and branch events to create demand and promote stock offerings.

Marketing Initiatives and Milestones
• Product and Service Solutions: Expanding offerings beyond core wire and cable, pro A/V into security and surveillance, and wireless and DAS.
• Brand Positioning: Positioning Liberty as a thought-leader with a new solution message framework, boilerplate and anthem video, and media outreach at major industry events.
• Sales and Support: Established a toll-free number and customer support email, creating a national contact point. The system uses interactive voice response to route calls to the right person, improving customer support.
• Sales Enablement: Developed new solution selling tools, refreshed SharePoint site, updated sales training, customer success storytelling tools, formalized NPI launch calls, and a bonus multiplier for Wesco customer loyalty.
