Language class – to improve communication with employer and HK society

Make-up – learn and practice how to use cosmetics and skin care products

Hair salon – rummage yourself and highlight your femininity and individuality

Manicure / pedicure – to take care of your looks and increase confidence

5.

Cooking (western, chinese) – Discovering new recipies and cooking techniques highers domestic helpers skills and improves everyday routine.

Yoga class – for improving mood, boosting confidence and lowering stress level.

Dance – incourages social bonding, self-other merging and dance has a positive impact to mental health.

Massage – to gain physical relaxation after long working hours during week. Massage also helps to improve blood circulation, relief for tight muscles and importantly enhances energy and vitality.

Design – learning about design, its processes and practice allows to improve designing skills and understanding about environment, product creation and esthetics 2.
