With 8 years of experience in architecture design, BIM coordination, and construction management, I specialize in developing BIM standards, clash detection, and project data reporting.
My work focuses on enhancing efficiency by identifying design issues that could lead to manufacturing delays. Combining a strong foundation in architecture design with technical expertise, I offer creative solutions while utilizing project management skills to successfully deliver projects from concept through to completion.

BIM coordination was implemented to seamlessly integrate architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
3D and 4D BIM models were developed to create detailed construction simulations, enhancing scheduling, logistics, and resource management. These models visualized the entire construction process, improving efficiency and reducing delays.

Developed and formulated the coordination scheme for engineering designs, ensuring seamless integration across all disciplines. Led a pilot test for the implementation of BIM methodology, focusing on optimizing workflows, improving collaboration, and enhancing design accuracy. This process involved setting up BIM execution plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and testing BIM tools for efficient project delivery and conflict resolution. Bogota, Colombia, 2016.
Modeling of urban planning, supported the development of the As-built model, and assisted in generating accurate quantities through 5D BIM. Additionally, contributed to the creation of 4D models for construction scheduling and coordination, enhancing project visualization and planning efficiency.
Developed a 5D model in Revit to extract quantities and link them with associated costs, enabling accurate cost estimation and streamlined project budgeting.

COMPETITION
Participated in the Tiny House 2021 Architecture Contest with a proposal designed for two users with distinct needs. The concept features a flexible space that can be adapted and modified, allowing users to fully enjoy their activities by tailoring the environment to their preferences.
A flexible space for an artist is designed to adapt to various creative needs, allowing for easy reconfiguration of work areas, storage, and display. With movable partitions, adjustable lighting, and versatile furniture, the space supports different artistic activities and fosters creativity by offering freedom and versatility.

Residential Building
Bogota-Colombia. 2018
The design for this small urban housing project focuses on optimizing limited space while enhancing functionality. A compact parking area is integrated into the building’s ground level to address the needs of residents, making efficient use of the available footprint. The rooftop is transformed into a communal space, featuring greenery, seating, and a small recreational area, offering a peaceful escape from the city below. This design balances practical needs with a sense of community, creating a comfortable living environment in the heart of the city.
PRE- CONSTRUCTION RENDERING
HOUSING SOLUTION
RDeveloped renderings for marketing purposes prior to the construction of housing units. The design process included adjustments, modeling, and rendering of small housing units, tailored to meet market demands. These proposals focused on creating low-cost apartments, ensuring affordability while maintaining appeal for potential buyers
FURNITURE
The primary objective is to ensure user comfort while supporting the daily activities with thoughtfully designed furniture. The concept revolves around assembling individual pieces to create a cohesive whole. Wood serves as the central material in the design, complemented by metals in earthy tones. The contrast between the white of the building and the earthy hues of the furniture reflects the connection between the structure and its natural surroundings.

Design Competition CONVIVE X:
Bogota-Colombia. 2015 Urban Revitalization and Sustainable City.
l Convive is an annual competition that invites architecture schools from Colombia and Latin America to offer innovative solutions to housing, habitat, and regional design challenges. Each year, over 1,000 students and teachers contribute to addressing issues in the built environment.
The 2015 competition focused on revitalizing Bogotá’s historic “El Listón” neighborhood, near the “Estación de la Sabana” train station. The proposal aimed to preserve the value of the existing urban fabric, making precise architectural interventions to protect the city’s historical memory while revitalizing the area.

This architectural study focuses on the house in Corrubedo, designed by architect David Chipperfield. The development involved mapping in Rhino, where 2D planimetry was used, and all elements were modeled as volumes, with material properties assigned to each component. The model was created as part of a comprehensive study of the house's structure, materiality, and spatial organization.
